Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Manager to join our team. The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of our business operations, including sales, marketing, product development, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the makeup/beauty industry and a proven track record of driving business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent
service.
● Complete business administration and ensure compliance with
policies and procedures.
● Oversee business operations.
● Manage Inventory.
● Website management (sales orders, pricing and items)
● Manage order dispatching.
● Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising
standards.
● Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints,
grievances etc).
● Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
● Be a middle-man between staff and the Managing Director
● Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, promotions, policies,
and procedures. Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, either in
person or through various communication channels.
● Identify and resolve customer problems or concerns in a proactive and timely manner.
Offer creative solutions or alternatives to address customer needs and ensure a
positive experience.
