We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team
in the beauty industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales,
excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client
relationships. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales
growth and achieving revenue targets.
Conduct monthly stock audits to track available inventory in the beauty supply
store.
Perform stock counting and procure supplies to ensure availability and meet
business needs.
Respond to client inquiries via Instagram DMs, WhatsApp messages, and
phone calls.
Process orders, book and confirm appointments, and handle customer
concerns professionally.
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellation to ensure a
seamless client experience.
Prepare and submit monthly sales and expense reports to the CEO.
Ensure sales targets are met through effective customer engagement and
sales strategies.
Create engaging content and implement strategies to increase follower ship
and engagement on social media platforms.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field or
proven experience in sales, preferably in the fashion industry.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
● Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
